Laura teaches functional and therapeutic movement to help you find freedom and ease in your every day movements.

Inspired by the teachings of yoga, ELDOA, pilates, @animalflow, and primitive movements, let’s explore what it means to be playful and curious in our movements together!

  • Mindful Movement Class

    This class is designed to help you learn and understand the movement and holding patterns in your body so that you can discover and play with new patterns that create space in your joints and freedom in your tissues to attain ease and fluidity in your every day movements.

    Classes will be offered again in the fall pending studio space acquisition.

  • Movement Retreats

    Looking for a yoga or movement instructor for your retreat?
    Laura offers her services to add on to your already existing retreat or she will work with you to incorporate therapeutic movement into your retreat.

  • Private Movement Class

    Individualized movement assessment and coaching. Together we will develop a series of movements you can incorporate into your routine.

    30 minute sessions added on to a massage

    60 minute sessions also offered.
